Tasks and results

Understand queued, running and terminal task states, cancellation and downloads.

State Meaning Next step
Queued (queued) Waiting for a processing slot Keep the task; avoid duplicate submissions
Running (running) A worker is processing the source Follow progress in Workflow
Succeeded (succeeded) Processing completed Open the output version or report
Failed (failed) Processing did not complete Read the error and review the credit entry
Canceled (canceled) Cancellation completed Review the task and credit entry

Progress can move unevenly across preparation, processing and output stages. A long video or a busy queue can take longer. Closing the browser after successful submission does not cancel the server-side task.

A queued task can be canceled immediately. For a running task, cancellation must be confirmed by the worker. Continue checking the actual status: if processing finishes before cancellation takes effect, the completed task is charged normally.

Failed or successfully canceled tasks are refunded by the task settlement process. Read billing for credit details.

File-producing tools add an output version. Detection tools return reports, and mask tools return previews. If a download link expires, reopen the result; do not create another paid processing task just to refresh a link.
